Brenden McClay '25 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing lacrosse since I was 6 years old. Ever since then it has always been my dream and lifelong goal to play at a collegiate level. Everyday I practice outside for hours to further improve my game and mindset.

I have an accurate shot, quick feet, and a strong lacrosse IQ.  I am a team leader who tries my best to be an asset to my team and encourage my teammates with a positive attitude. I am a coachable player who strives to be the best on the field. I put all my effort into every section of the game no matter the score or temperature. When I deal with criticism I use it as fuel to power me on the field and in the classroom. 

Off the field, I work hard in the classroom to increase and maintain a high GPA. I am actively involved at my school and in my community. At school I am a part of the FFA where I can deeply learn about the category of agriculture, and in my community, I clean up garbage around a lake that my family owns a lake house on. My mindset towards the future is that I would like to play lacrosse at the highest level possible and become the best student athlete I can. I am open to EVERY SINGLE OPTION and would love to play at any school that suits me academically and athletically. With all things said, I hope to be a very good role model to all that look up to me making my family and friends proud.
