- 6 Days a week, 2.5 hours a day
- 3 years
- During the fall and winter, we had 2 erg sessions, 4 water sessions and one lift session on the same day as one of the ergs. 2-3 water sessions would be pieces, usually longer in length (2-3 miles). During the spring we transitioned to mostly water, with 5 water sessions and 1 erg a week. There would be 3-4 piece days on the water and the erg would be a hard erg, often TR workouts or a 2k test every few weeks.
