My name is Mason Zeiher, I am currently a junior at Sierra High School in Manteca, CA. Soccer has been a huge part of my life since I first stepped onto the field at age 6. I played two seasons of recreational soccer, then moved up to club soccer. Soccer has been my life for the last 9 years. It keeps me in shape, and focused. I have been told by coaches I am a very cool headed, coachable player and that I do well in high stress positions.
I played JV soccer this year as centerback. I have been told by coaches I am a very cool headed, coachable player and that I do well in high stress positions. For club, my age group 2006 boys, has always struggled in our area. Last year my club team was made up of both 2005 and 2006 boys so we played up a year. It was a tough season but we worked hard and played harder. This year I changed teams to the Rebels White under the training of Coach James Burns. The expectaions are higher, and the level of intesity is even higher. Definitely looking forward to what is to come this year, and learning everything I can to improve my game.
This summer has been spent with private sessions three days a week, and club training four nights a week for two to three hours with one of those days working on fitness.
I have spent years focusing on player development and look forward to the opportunity to play at the college level and expand my horizon even more.
