I am a Junior at The College Preparatory School, in Oakland, California. College Prep is a Top 10 ranked Independent High School, which has offered me tremendously rewarding academic challenges and community experiences. I am very focused on my academics. I also participate in several extracurricular activities, including enrollment in a weekly German School. I am also involved in a non-profit club at school, where we raise money for blind and deaf students in Cambodia.
In addition, I am very committed to my development as a soccer player and teammate. I have played for the Lamorinda Soccer Club’s ’02 Boys team for the last seven years. Our team maintained a top 50 national ranking, at one point reaching the Top 5. We have participated in the Gothia Cup in Sweden, a national championship in Indiana, and several high ranking tournaments including several visits to Surf Cup. I have been a starter for the team throughout these years. My natural position is left wing, though I have played both here and at left back, which is my current position due to our team's needs. I believe my strengths are my technical ability, speed, endurance and game situational awareness. I believe I am also I have been very motivated to take on the challenge of playing at the next level.
