Beckett Gelinas '25 Recruiting Profile

For my whole life soccer has been my passion and has brought me the greatest joy. I love being a part of a team and the camaraderie that comes with focused effort . My goal in college is to be challenged both on the soccer field and in the classroom. I want to make significant contributions to both my team and my academic community; to this effort I'm willing to work hard, show integrity, and exemplify dedication. I am an open minded player and person who strives to show decency, listen to all voices, and lead with respect. I've played on multiple teams and chose a high school where I knew no one, proving to myself that can I quickly adapt to new environments. I am a strong student, with honed time management skills.  I managed commitments to high school and club teams while maintaining a 3.9 unweighted GPA in advanced classes.  Beyond the soccer field and classroom, my favorite extracurricular activity is called Families For Families, an organization that coordinates food drop-offs around the city.
