Tyler Kerr '25 Recruiting Profile

I play a simple game, because I can see the field frontwards and backwards which allows me to anticipate. I think Pep said it and coached it best, "Take the ball, pass the ball."

I am a team player that loves a good assist more than a goal. I have put in extra work outside of practice since I was 8 years old and love to be at practice, because that means I'm on the field with my team. 

I carry a 4.0 and am currently 5’8” 135 pounds. I’m a young 2025 grad which means my physicality is still developing to catch up with my technique. Due to where I live I haven’t been logistically able to play on an MLS Next team, though I have guest played and been invited to join. This past year I tried out for the Azzurri Storms Premier team, a national championship qualifier, where they were looking to add 1 player and 60 kids tried out. Not only did I earn the spot, but I am now the starting center midfielder.
