Dehvan Marquez '24 Recruiting Profile

My passion for soccer began at a very young age.  I grew up watching countless games with my Spanish grandfather, and so I soon realized that not only did I love to watch, but I wanted to be in the game. Once I began playing, soccer became an integral part of my life and continues to be.  It has always gone hand and hand with my challenging school schedule - both are equally important to me. Hard work is a significant part of my character as a soccer player on and off the field. My coaches describe me as a driven, focused, and uplifting soccer player.  Although I have a smaller build, I make up for it with my relentless off-ball pressure, quick accelerations, and smart run decisions. 

My goals are to play Division 1 college soccer and to pursue a meaningful career in business.
