I am a senior in high school and I would love to continue to play soccer at the next level. I have tried playing other sports; basketball, football, track, but soccer is my true passion. I have been playing soccer since I was in kindergarten and have had the opportunity to play for several different teams and clubs. With every new team, also comes a new coach, and a new style. In these experiences I have been very coachable and developed the ability to adapt to new systems & new regimes. Soccer has also helped me to make new friends and has been the root of many lifelong friendships.
One of my most difficult moments in soccer was when my high school team was defeated in the divisional semi-finals during my sophomore year. This loss has fueled my competitive spirit and encouraged me to work harder and we were able to finish 2nd in our division, 8th in the state. My goal is to continue being an impactful team player at a high competitive level. I am looking for a school to be not only athletically competitive, but academically competitive as I have always emphasized being a successful student.
