Ever since I was 8 years old I was playing the beautiful game of soccer. I’ve been playing it ever since. I fell in love and still am. My parents weren’t presented with many opportunities growing up. This motivates me every time I touch a ball to give it my all and die on the field. This motivates me to always practice after my team practices and better my weaknesses. Even at times of injury I looked always to get better not physically but mentally. Understanding the game, watching the game for hours through the day. I never watch professional soccer games just to watch them I watched them to learn. To learn why they do what they do and how I can apply it to my game. Over the years I’ve been getting tremendously better and better because of the work I put in that no one sees because it’s seperate from team practices. I aspire to be the best at every single thing I do. I am currently the captain at Larkin High School because I am leader that motivates the team when we need it and I make the team better. Being the captain comes with a lot of pressure and I know that pressure makes diamonds. I am confident under pressure. I even think I play better. I also played with Elgin Pumas semi pro team this year my experiences with them have helped me a lot because all of them play college ball. At just 17 I was the youngest on the team. This helps me understand college soccer which I know I’m all ready ready for.
