Hello, my name is Vincent Do and I’m a 2024 Out/Wing Back and Center Back from Laurel, Maryland. I currently play for Maryland United B06 NL and Glenelg Country College Prep's Boys Varsity Team in the MIAA B Conference. I wear number #2. Academics are a top priority for me. I currently hold a 3.95 UW GPA. I excel in various subjects including Math, Physics, and Chemistry.
My greatest strengths are my vision, my defending ability, my calmness under pressure, and my ease to bring the ball up the field. I am respectful, friendly, and I have a very high work rate on the soccer field and at school. I am determined and working towards reaching my goals on the field and in the classroom. I want to be a part of a program that challenges me academically and physically.
Soccer has changed my life for the better. It is my escape from all my problems surrounding my life and has taught me multiple life lessons. Soccer has taught me that every second counts. Every 90 minutes in a soccer game is as important as the 24 hours in your everyday life. You can't waste a second, you have to work hard, and you can't give up until it's over. That is how soccer has changed my life and my perspective as a whole.
Through college athletics, I desire to play at a high level, compete every day, make a significant difference on and off the field, and try my absolute hardest.
