Nihal Mark '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Nihal Mark. I am a junior at Westford Academy highschool in Westford, Massachusetts. I've always loved soccer and have been playing since 1st grade. I have been playing club soccer for 8 years with FC STARS MA and have been playing ECNL for 6 years.  I play center midfield or anywhere else in the midfield, and also play center back.  My jersey number for high school is #8 and for the club is #17.

I’ve always aspired to play soccer at the highest level since I was a child. My passion for the game and dedication over the years has made me extremely competitive in soccer. I am a hard and diligent worker. Years of hard work and focus have propelled me to the position of varsity captain and starter for my ECNL team. (FC Stars 07 ECNL).

The good habits of being an athlete led me to be disciplined with my academics as well.

My dream is to join a college soccer team and even play pro-soccer someday.  I promise to bring my talent, work ethic, aspirations and leadership to achieve success for the college soccer program.  My goal is to also work hard and achieve success in my academics at college.  Constructive criticism and teamwork have been critical to my success and growth, and I look forward to the same at the college level as well.  

I'm hoping for the chance to demonstrate my abilities as a student, athlete, and teammate at your esteemed college.
