Being an individual with integrity is just as important to me as being a strong soccer player. I am the top scoring player on Tonka Fusion Elite (Premier 1 and regional league), scoring 13 goals this spring/summer thus far. In the summer 2018-2019 seasons, I was also the top-scorer. As a senior this fall, I am seeking a college soccer team.
My freshman year, I was 1 of 2 freshmen to make Buffalo High School varsity in the last 16 years. By junior year, I was captain of the team.
I've been raised with a work ethic. I have a 3.67 GPA (4.0 scale), including numerous college-credit courses though the University of Minnesota. I've maintained a self-starting lawn-care business since I was 14 in order to contribute to my club soccer fees.
I'm the type of person who wants to give back. One of my most rewarding high school experiences has been my mentorship in an Adaptive Physical Education class with physically and cognitively disabled teens. This allowed me to share my love of athletics with peers.
I approach soccer with humility and respect for the game, my coaches, and my teammates.
Sincerely,
Carver Tierney
