Hello coaches my name is Luke Catherall. I’m a 6’2 Attacking Midfielder from Saint Joseph, Missouri. I have played soccer all my life. Being the youngest of five in an soccer family, I developed a ultra competitive mindset trying to beat my older siblings at anything we did. It helped me learn at a young age since I wasn’t as big, fast, or strong as them. I had to practice more than them and work on what I could control. This gave me a strong work ethic I carry today. I was voted team captain by the players. Recently, my High School team finished 12-8, winning conference for the first time since 2002. This was a huge improvement from my freshman only finishing with a 5-13 record. My season stats were 9 goals, 7 assist. My end of season accolades was (1st team Area) (1st team All-Conference) (1st Team All-District) (Conference Player of the Year). My dream has always been to play college soccer. I want to help a team grow and win as a unit. I also want to get a college education and being able to play my favorite sport while doing it would be pretty cool. Luke Catherall
