Connor Torsleff '25 Recruiting Profile

After competing my freshman year at the highest levels of youth soccer in the MLS Next league and ODP, I knew I wanted a more immersive experience for the rest of my high school career. I enrolled in the International Development Academy in Valencia, Spain in the Spring of 2023. In Spain, I am challenged academically and on the pitch. I participate in 15 hours of high-level training per week, compete against first and second division La Liga teams, and play in tournaments like the MIC where professional academy teams such as Liverpool, Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, and Dortmund also compete.  I place a high value on being extremely coachable, being a great teammate, having a strong work ethic and high personal accountability; these qualities plus a high soccer IQ will help me be a big contributor to a top soccer program.
