My goal is to play college soccer at a school offering Athletic Training as a major and to be a significant contributor to the program on which I can earn a spot. I am primarily a defensive midfielder that normally plays in the pivot role moving the ball from sideline to sideline in order to change the angle of attack. I play equally well with both feet and I am tough to dispossess due to my strength on the ball but also due to the simplicity of my game that keeps the ball moving within a couple of touches. I enjoy defending and breaking up the opponents attacks and I win the majority of my aerial duels against players taller than me due to my positioning and timing.
Each year that I have played, my skills and physical performance have improved. Given my desire and drive to improve combined with college level training and facilities, I would expect even greater improvements each successive year at college.
I love this sport intensely; I love studying tactics and I am an avid Man City fan. I am not a very flashy player but one that enjoys doing the dirty work that does not make it to stat sheets but is critical for the team to succeed. I feel that I am a very good teammate that knows how to balance fun and performance in each game and training session.
