My name is Alexandros Lambrou. I will be a senior in Highschool this fall (graduating 2024) at Ithaca High School. Soccer, for me, has always been something I could turn to whether I was excited, stressed, upset, and so on. I have grown to love the game- and everything that comes with it. I love the grit, and feeling as if the job is never finished. I aim always to outwork everybody on the field, so that no matter what the result of the unpredictable game I've grown to love is, I can at least hold my head and know there is growth and success present always, even in "failure." However, there is nothing I hate more than losing. Growing up with 2 older brothers who never had any sympathy for the "loser," it has become a part of me to never stop fighting and working. I am a player who will be in the gym directly after a game, still feeding off where I just came from. I have always valued academics, and prize myself on the grades I have maintained throughout my academic career. I hope to play soccer at the highest level I can achieve. To all coaches, I will always give you my utmost respect and effort because I would be shorting you and myself if that wasn't the case. Wishing everyone good luck in their upcoming seasons!
