Jacob Strobeck '23 Recruiting Profile

I come from a military family and both of my parents served in the Army.  My dad served for 32 years while my mom served for 30 years.  My parents instilled discipline and focus within me and I am committed to expressing my potential to the fullest.

When I was 12, my dad retired from the Army and settled our family in Spring Hill, TN.  A passion for soccer was born when we moved to Tennessee. The challenge of getting better coupled with creating lasting friendships is a great joy.  I played club soccer from 2019-2021 with Barca Nashville.  We started in Division II and moved up to the Mid-South Conference at the end of 2021.  The sense of accomplishment and team pride moving up three divisions is one of the highlights in my young career.  

Additionally I played in Köln, Germany with 1.FC Köln international talent program from April - June 2022.

I am currently taking college classes as a dual enrollment student and have successfully balanced school, training and team activities to maintain my academic results and drive to play at the next level.  I plan to study economics and finance to work in the business sector.
