Jacob Craven '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi I'm Jacob Craven, 

Here is a little bit of information about me.  I have been playing soccer since I was 3 years old, and I have been playing competitively since I was 8.  I've enjoyed each and every year and level that I've grown through for the past 6 years.  I primarily play the Left Winger position but spend good amounts of time at the Left back, Left Mid and CAM positions as well as working as the striker when called upon to do so.   I've played on the South Texas ODP team for the past two years and thoroughly enjoy the learning experience and comradery that being on that squad has offered me.  This year we went with ODP to Barcelona to play against some Spanish clubs and trained with Espanyol while we were there.  My team also won district for my 8th grade soccer team last year and I was the offensive MVP for the team with 12 goals in 8 games.  I look forward to playing on my high school JV team this year as well.  The team is mostly made up of kids that I grew up with playing since I was 6.  

When I'm not training or studying, I like to hang out with friends doing things like putt putt and bowling and of course gaming.  My favorite game is FIFA and Rocket League.  Well that's all I have for now.  Will write more as things come up.  Thanks to everyone reading my statement!
