Hi, my name is Gabe Presidio, I am currently a junior at Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax, Virginia and part of the class of 2025. I started playing soccer when I was around four years old and have kept playing since then because of my love for the sport. I mainly play at the 6 for my team. I love playing in the midfield because I am involved in everything that happens during the game - both offensively and defensively. I currently play for Northern Virginia United FC in Northern Virginia.
I have participated in the Virginia Youth Soccer Association’s Olympic Development Program (ODP) for the past 5 years. I have also participated in other soccer programs such as HP Elite (a regional technical training program) and Coerver. The reason I do all of these soccer camps is because I absolutely love the sport and want to become the best player I can be. I am committed to working hard to always improve my skills. I love playing soccer and all the work I put in has given me so much in return like my friendships with teammates and relationships with my coaches. Soccer is a really big part of my life and it has given me a lot of amazing memories that I will cherish forever.
I want to play college soccer because I want to continue to grow as a player and a person. I think playing at the collegiate level would provide a very good challenge for me and would greatly enhance my college experience. I believe that I can offer any team leadership by example and a hard working, do anything for the team attitude. I also think that I can support any team with my skills as a calm, smart player when on the ball. Thank you for taking time to read this and I would be excited to connect with you if you think I might be a good fit for your program.
