Ãngel Gomez-Lopez '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Angel Gomez, my goals are to play college soccer at a high and competitive level and to major in finance. I am a forward who can play on any side of the field. I am also a hardworking, disciplined, and determined player who always wants to improve and work to accomplish his goals. I like to listen to criticism and feedback from coaches or players because I feel like it's a good way to learn from mistakes and improve as a player. A characteristic that soccer has given me is that I don't quit, when I first started playing it was very difficult because many times I'd get made fun of or told to quit but I never did and instead worked hard to get better and improve at soccer. To this day I still do and whenever I play or practice I always give my 100% or more. Not only do I try my best in my sport but in anything I do like school, work, or anything in general. I go to school at Augustine Preparatory and my current GPA is 3.6. I also play club at Elm-brook United in the Elite 64 league.
