My goals for college are to have a good education and be a good athlete in the sport of swimming. For the past year and a half I have been swimming competitively. I have grown to realize that this is the sport that I want to pursue. This is the sport I want to dedicate my hard work and time into. What makes me a good candidate above the other athletes is that I will dedicate my full attention to achieve these goals. I like the thought of being on a team and also accomplishing individual results. 

When I first joined the swim team I had thought to myself that there is no other sport like this one. The harder I work towards my goals in swimming the more I realize I was meant for this sport.This passion for the sport I love is what makes me a good candidate for your team.I strongly believe that this is what has made me excel at this sport.
