MICHAEL BALTODANO - CLASS OF 2024 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT

A disciplined and determined young individual willing to take my academic and swimming goals to the next level. 

I am a full time high school student attending a highly academic challenging school in addition to a year-round competitive high school swimmer from Miami, Florida. I attend International Studies Charter School and swim for the #1 Braddock Senior High School Swim Team and train with the Metro Aquatic Club of Miami (MAC). I am a Senior with a 4.1 Weighted/ 3.4 Unweighted GPA. 

I am a member of the National Swim Team of Nicaragua.  As of Oct 2023, I have a 50/50 chance of attending the 2024 PARIS OLYMPIC GAMES by Universality Invitation as I am the swimmer with the highest FINA points overall from NICARAGUA.  I have traveled and/or competed in more than 10 countries.  I plan to study international business with a minor in finance / real estate.

MEMBER OF THE NICARAGUAN NATIONAL SWIM TEAM ● Managua, Nicaragua ● 2023 - present

FEDERACION NICARAGUENSE DE NATACION - NICARAGUA                                               

Established a Nicaraguan record at the Central American and Caribbean Games held in La Libertad, El Salvador, Aug 2023.                      Obtained 4th place overall among more than 30 Central American and Caribbean National Swim Teams.  

• Became the Nicaraguan National overall Age-Group Champion in March 2023.

• Became the Nicaraguan National Open Champion in 100 fly LCM in May 2023.

  Worked as a coach teaching kids ranging from 6-12 years old.
