I am half Indian and half French, born and love growing up in New York City. I’ve been swimming competitively since I was 8 and have been incredibly lucky to have had some amazing and inspiring coaches showing me the ropes along the way. I am proud to have been named swimmer of the year of my age group by my coaches and teammates every year I’ve been swimming.
Being part of a solid team has helped steadily progress and become something of a team leader. This year so far (junior) I’ve achieved Futures cuts across my favorite races and Junior National cuts are within striking distance. Of course, swimming has been and continues to be a lot of hard work, but honestly it’s been really enjoyable—a part of my life that really just makes me feel whole. The forced pauses we had due to Covid 19 made that crystal clear!
My grades in school allow me to target academically most selective schools, and I am working hard for my times to allow me to apply to competitive Division I and III programs. I look forward to experience a challenging and rewarding higher education, in the classroom and in the pool, and to build relationships with teammates and coaches that will last me a lifetime.
