Mark Lowe '26 Recruiting Profile

Growing up in a family of musicians, it was expected that I would continue this tradition, which I had excelled at during my childhood, and continue to associate piano and flute as part of my identity. However, when I began to swim at Dads Club, I fell in love with it, and my work ethic and dedication from music fit perfectly into the sport. My focus shifted, and rapid progress ensued. Swimming has made me who I am today by forging strong bonds with my teammates, staying tough throughout the last rounds of a grueling set, and continuing to quest for not just my own success but also that of my teammates. I hope to continue my swimming career in college and, beyond that, to utilize the skills from the sport to benefit me in my life's journey and success.
