I started playing tennis when I was 5 years old. I trained with coach Michael Jessup at Player Capital in Atheron, California until I was 12. I started playing tournaments when I was 7 and was basically playing 5-6 times/week at that age. I stopped in Covid and then resumed tennis in 8th grade when I played on the tennis team for my middle school, La Entrada. Over the last 2 years I’ve been playing consistently with two programs - Kim Grant in Palo Alto and Eagle Fustar in Sunnyvale. I played on the JV team for my high school (#2 singles) as a freshman and also played 5 games (#4 singles and #2/#3 doubles) on the varsity team to end the season. I was the only kid to be undefeated the entire season in 2022-2023. I am looking forward to playing for my school’s varsity team in the Spring of 2024.
My passion is Software design and computers. I love programming and the ability to create things from code. I hope one day to be able to know enough about coding so I can actually make a program that improves people’s lives. I would love to attend a college that has a good computer science and/or engineering program.
