Tory Bailey '21 Recruiting Profile

I am from a family of 5 siblings, the only one active in a sport.  Tennis has been my sport of choice from a very early age. I am interested in liberal arts, and want to splinter off into computer engineering/ video game design or sports management.  

I am a  focused tennis player from an underserved community.  My practice schedule is presently 4/5 days a week and 2 days weekly of fitness training.  I am able to accomplish the demanding scheduled through being homeschooled.

I play an attacking game with right forehand and 2 handed backhand.  I rely on my first serve and forehand to open up the court and provide opportunities to finish points. I have individual and doubles experience.  My singles experience has been through USTA, ATA, UTR and now ITA.  I am comfortable playing doubles, having position of #1 doubles on a junior team that went to National Junior team tennis 2019, San Antonio, TX.  Our team finished as finalist in the competition.   

I have pushed through multiple barriers, to remain competitive in tennis.  I would like an opportunity, as a student/athlete, to compete on a collegiate tennis team.
