My name is Noah Oberriter. I am currently a junior at Truckee High School in Truckee, California where I have a 3.25 weighted GPA. I enjoy attending school and understand how important a good education is to my future. I am hoping to pursue a career in Environmental Engineering/Fire Science.
Being a student / athlete I also understand the value sports has had to my academics and my maturing into adulthood. I have been running in school sports since the 6th grade. I have been running varsity since my freshman year. This year I was team captain and able to use my communication and leadership skills. This year was also an important one for myself as an athlete. At the beginning of the season I told my coach that my goal was to win states and with lots of training and dedication I was able to achieve winning states (what an amazing feeling).
Thank you for considering me as a candidate for your university and I am looking forward to communicating with you.
