2023 SpotlightPersonal Statement
Thank you for taking the time to review my page. I began running track my Freshman year. To be honest, I never thought I would be good at track. I did not know what events I could run, or what I was capable of. My school may have a smaller team but we work just as hard or harder than anyone else. When I started my season last year my coach walked up to me and said "We are going to state", and we did. I was nervous and still get nervous before races but I know I'm fast and I always have fun with my team. I want to continue to push myself and ignore my limits and would be grateful for the opportunity to do so at your school. I look forward to speaking with you.
