Personal Statement
I joined track my freshman year not knowing anything about it other then I knew I wanted to stay active and that I liked to run. I have since come to love the sport and have worked very hard to improve. I am a natural born leader and I strive everyday motivate my fellow teammates to always give 200%.
I have been running track throughout high school and have really improved my times and my running form. I am not dedicated only for myself but for my team as well. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working runners and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find. I plan to attend college where I can obtain a degree in Paleontology or Art. I work hard not only on but also off the track because I know one cannot depend solely on athletics. I consider myself an asset to any team because of my willingness to work hard, my ability to take guidance and my desire to make not only myself but my entire team great!
