Introduction
My name is Jeremiah Tangren, I am a 15-year-old 9th grader running for The Rams at Regent Preparatory School in Tulsa, OK and The Jenks America Track and Cross-Country club. I have been running since I can remember participating in road races, trail races, triathlons, and since the 2019/20 school year I have participated in Cross country and track events. I prefer events 1 mile through 15k and excel at the 1600, 5k, and 10k distances especially on the trails and in Cross Country.

In the 2020/21 season I have participated in 5k, 5 mi, 8k, 10k, 12k, 16k, 25k and half marathon distances setting course records in each race and am currently leading the points race in the Outlaw 100 trail series.
