My name is Jack Heckman, my goal is too make the Olympics and compete with my trainers and rivals. In practice I throw 51-52 regularly and I have a Bench Press of 285 lbs. and a Squat of 395 lbs. I always keep Technique, Mentality and Academics first at all times. I train 5-6 days a week with a group of world class athletes and lift with world class Olympic Lifters. I am trained by Dane Miller and Sam Weeks at a facility called Garage Strength. When I have a goal I will be dedicated too achieve that goal and I do not stress under pressure and I am consistent. I have my eyes set of 60+ feet for my sophomore year in highschool and look too win New Balance Nationals and the Pennsylvania State Championship.
