Personal Statement

Thanks for taking a look at me and my accomplishments.  I enjoy running and have been running since I was in elementary school.  My parents both run and did run in high school on varsity teams. My dad's Cross Country team was the State of Tennessee Runner's Up.  Due to injuries my mother cannot run anymore and I want  to make both of my parents proud and run to the best of my ability.

I want to continue our family's tradition of running in high school and aspire to run in college.  I found that being part of a HS team builds character and helps me prioritize what is most important.  I have been working hard to continue to improve in the off season and plan on doing this all through my HS career.

By being a part of a team it has help me build relationships with people that I would not otherwise would have met.  I hope to continue this in college because I think doing so will help me learn how to be a team player when I get out of College.

Outside of sports I enjoy attending FCA and my church Youth Group where I serve on our Youth board.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
