Personal Statement
Since I was a freshman in high school it has been my dream and goal to represent a college with my running. I have been determined to achieve that goal and will continue to improve to obtain that goal. I have a passion for running that many people find strange. Even though running is a massive part of my life, academics are also extremely important to me as well. My goal is to find a school that works best for me athletically and academically. I believe that one day I can help a college team in a massive way. Until that time comes, I will continue to put forth the work and time to one day obtain my goal.

- I run seven days a week and do three workouts a week when the season is on. In the summer I usually only have one tempo and a steady state during the week and everything else is an easy day with strides or hill sprints and I cap my week off with a long run every week unless I have a race. I lift two or three times a week and the other nights I either do yoga or take an ice bath.
