Personal Statement

I believe that participating in the sports of Track and Field and Cross Country have helped me become a well-rounded person. Because of the support from my family, coaches and teammates, I have improved in both sports as well as in my personal life. I believe that dedication, pride and selflessness are key qualities I possess. Focusing on these qualities have not only helped me compete at a high level, but have also assisted me in performing highly in the classroom. I’m committed to doing my best on and off the track and would love to continue running for a very long time.
