I am Nathan Bulow. I was introduced to the sport of volleyball at a young age, but only within the last two years have I pursued club play at Uno VBC, and I wish to continue playing through college. From riding the bench to being a team captain , from freshman to varsity, I have seen and experienced every facet of team play, and I would love to use this knowledge to lead and bring together a team. I play volleyball not only because it brings me joy, but also because it allows and helps to create a strong will and character within myself. I intend to bring that character onto the court to lead my teammates, but also into the class room. Academics hold priority over all, and I have and will use volleyball to help myself gain the strength to pursue difficult classes and opportunities that will allow me to pursue a career in the sciences, specifically physics and/or astrophysics. One of my greatest talents is my aptitude to take in knowledge and drive to learn, as reflected in my 34 ACT Score and my GPA. With my hustle in the classroom, I will also work as hard on the court to better myself as a player and my teammates around me, as I have always aspired to accomplish. With my love of the sport, and my ardent mindset in the classroom, I believe I will bring success on the court.
