My high school advisor once told me that I was a quiet force of nature. This comes primarily from not having the need to talk all the time but also from carrying myself as a leader both on and off the field. I don’t tend to get stressed out in tight situations and have a calming effect on those who do. As a quiet force, I silently work hard in the classroom while others are relaxing and work hard in practice when my teammates may be getting tired. My work ethic motivates those around me resulting in a better classroom environment and a better team environment. I think teamwork is very important and will do whatever it takes to improve the team. As a result, I have become a very versatile athlete. I play many sports well and have succeeded at many different positions within those sports. I attribute this partially to my natural athletic ability but mostly to working hard to become the best teammate I can be and helping the team in whatever way I can. Once you get to know me, you will realize that I work hard to succeed and more importantly I expect my teammates to do the same. I enjoy the roll I have adopted as a leader because I like to work hard, get others to work hard and ultimately to be a winner. I hope that you are looking for a player like me to join a great team.
