2022 Highlights Personal Statement
Volleyball has been a part of my life since I was born and as soon as I hit the court as a 6th grader I knew it was my sport. The mental toughness and physical work that goes into training and competing is what makes the sport so hard yet so fun. I'm a leader on and off the court by helping my teammates hold their heads up, showing up to practice early to help the younger kids and going in to get extra reps. Through playing club, school, and beach volleyball I have gained so much experience and have become a smarter and better player. I would be proud to play collegiate volleyball, and I am optimistic about how I will develop as a player beyond high school.
