My name is Ahlijah Gipp and I’m a Junior at Shawnee High School, class of 2025. To say have a passion for this sport may be an understatement. I have been playing for the last 3 years any possible way I can, beach, indoor, co-ed, open gyms and even managing the girls volleyball team at my high school.
In my second and freshman club season I was selected to play on the “USA All-Star Championships 16U” team for the state of Oklahoma. In addition, I have taken an active roll in recruiting boys to play and get boys volleyball started as a club sport at my high school. We got just enough boys together this 2022 school season to play, going on to win the state title.
I am coachable and courageous both on and off the court. I carry a leadership role as being a captain for both my high school team and my club team. I feel I could be a great asset at the collegiate level and look forward for the opportunity!
