Tobias Zeeck '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Tobias Zeeck, I live in Chicago Illinois, I have played water polo since I was 9 years old, and began competing in Club at the age of 12. I want to continue playing well into and after college because I want to go all the way with water polo. My goal is to reach the Olympics, and I believe I can make the Olympic team with great coaching and a supportive team that I can learn from. I am a great addition to any team, I am hardworking and passionate, coachable, and constantly seeking to improve myself and my team. I am committed to core self-improvement by seeking feedback from my teammates and coaches. I improve myself by refining my mental game and pushing myself physically. During the high school polo season, I assisted in coaching practices and supported my teammates with individual advice while in the water. I believe in pushing myself and my teammates athletically and academically to become the best student-athlete and teammate. I want to be at a school with a rigorous academic curriculum with strong science programs. I have enrolled in IB programs since 7th grade and enrolled in an IB curriculum in high school. The rigor and experience of an IB program have allowed me a unique education. Going to a school that is academically and athletically rigorous will help me fulfill my commitment to core self-improvement which is why I seek to play for a school that can help me be the best possible student-athlete.
