Personal Statement

My name is William (Will) Dinkeloo. I have been playing water polo for a little over 4 years, but I've only been in goal since the start of my high school career. Along the way, I've had so much fun playing and I've met so many people who have pushed me to improve my skills and to train harder every day. My goal is to find a team that I fit with and do my very best to give them a strong and reliable defense. Despite my current size, I am very fast and smart with the ball. I have lots of steals and assists, along with blocks, which means I am very good at recognizing opportunities and mistakes by opposing teams. I also work very well with teammates, both giving and taking feedback to make each other and the team better. In my first season at Wolverine Water Polo, I adapted extremely quickly and was able to learn how my new teammates played and complemented their style, something I look to apply in my collegiate career.

  • Great Lakes Zone ODP Camp
  • 12/03/22 to 12/04/22

  • Camp/Event
  • Navy Water Polo Camp
  • 6/24/22 to 6/27/22

  • Camp/Event
  • MWPA State Tournament
  • 6/10/22 to 6/11/22

  • MWPA Regional Tournament
  • 5/20/22 to 5/21/22

  • Camp/Event
  • MWPA District Tournament
  • 5/14/22 to 5/14/22
