Personal Statement

My name is Justice Reece.

I am a Varsity Softball letter winner at Clairemont High School where I started last year as a freshman on the Varsity team. I am also a returning Varsity player this year as a starting shortstop and pitcher for the Lady Chieftains Varsity team. I will be playing for Clairemont High school for the next three years. I will be graduating in 2025. Over the last 11 years, I have developed a great passion for the sport of softball. My goal one day is to play on the Olympics team. I am a dedicated, hard working player who is always eager to continue to improve my skills. I feel that even if I am playing at my very best, there is always room for improvement. You can never be too good at doing what you love, especially if you are passionate about it.

When I am on the field, I give 110% to the game, my teammates, & my coaches.  I have always been that player who is the first one on the field and the last one to leave. I truly believe that setting goals and pushing myself to achieve them through hard work and perseverance is the only way to be successful. I played for Clairemont Girls fastpitch league from 6u all the way to 14u and every summer I also play on the all star team and before the season I played on the select teams. Before I started high school I was working out with a high school training team playing 14u rec ball and 14u travel ball.

My dream is to play softball on the Olympic team and be an Electrical Engineer and create new ways to produce green energy. I want to be a part of discovering new ways and methods of science in our future to come. My academic minor would be Sports Management. I come from a family of a single dad who served 12 years in the military and multiple deployments overseas. He received and Honorable discharge and is a disabled veteran.  He raised 3 girls. My older sister and I are 13 months apart and I have a little sister who is 7 years younger than me. My dad is an Electrical Engineer who designs Satellite systems for the Navy. I would love to be a part of what inspires other's to grow and expand their minds with building and designing new ways for green energy.

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
