Personal Statement
Since the age of 5, I've been in love with the game of softball. When I suit up for a game, I feel transformed, regenerated, and determined to leave it all out on the field. In order to do that, I make sure that all my training sessions are approached with the same level of intensity each time. This dedication and passion for the game is what I believe is necessary to play at the collegiate level.
As a leader both on and off the field, I believe my ability to motivate others will be a great asset during college and throughout life. As a student-athlete, my dedication on the field permeates from the classroom. I believe that college coaches will appreciate my intelligence just as much as my physical ability to play the game.
When looking for a college to play softball for, I want a college that feels like a community. A place where both players and coaches are dedicated to the success of the team, the school, and each individual player. I desire to attend a college that will prepare me academically for life after school in the field of Criminology or Law.
I have signed to Meridan Community College and am looking forward to playing for a D1 program.
