Personal Statement
Softball has been a very big part of my life for a long time now. Continuing to build and make new friendships with teammates throughout the years as we get better and better at the sport we love is so inspiring. As a student athlete that takes honors classes, I understand the hard work and dedication it takes to continue playing at a high level throughout high school and college. I have developed strong time management skills as well, from participating in honors classes, 2 high school sports (softball and field hockey), a club softball team, spring town (softball) team, and the summer travel (softball) town team. Making mistakes along the journey as a person on and off the field has taught me that you don't learn from winning , you learn from losing. The harder you work at something the better you will get at it meaning hard work is good work. Finally, being able to move around and play wherever your coach puts you on the field is very important; my coaches are very confident that they can move me around as a versatile player to help the team do as best they can.
