2021 Spotlight Personal Statement
My name is Lexie Spiers. I’m a 2022 grad! I’m an outfielder (CF, RF, LF) at Hancock High School and Gulf Coast Shockers 16U. My jersey number is #44. I have played every position on the field & I have been playing softball since I was 4 years old! I spend most of my weekends at the ballfield doing what I love most! Since I was little, my dream was to always play college softball. I was always taught to work for what I want in life, so I work hard so hopefully one day I can live my dream. I want to major in Dentistry or something Medical. I love to be challenged and I’m always good in pressured game situations. I always help my younger teammates and pick up my teammates when needed. I am also their biggest cheerleader! Playing softball has taught me a lot about being a leader, being responsible, being humble, and also teaches me to keep my grades up in school.
