Personal Statement
Playing softball in college has always been a huge goal of mine. I have always loved the game and I am always ready to go out and play. I am a good candidate for any college softball team because I always do my best, work hard, strive to get better, and love to get advice on what I could do differently. My athletic goals are to continue to develop my skills as a top player, and be a leader on my team, set the bar high for athleticism and dedication for my teammates, and to play on a college team.
I am a determined, hardworking individual that loves a challenge. I am self-motivated, self-determined, and organized. My experiences with all the teams I have been on have helped me to meet many new friends and adapt well to any group of people. I have learned to make long lasting relationships with my teammates and coaches. I always put out my best effort and I am always striving to get better.
In school, I have high expectations and continually challenge myself to do greater things. I am very studious and work hard to keep my grades. The courses that I take reflect the determination I have to be the best I can be. My academic goals for myself are to graduate college with a degree in the medical field. Ever since I was young, I was interested in how things work, especially the human body. I would love to be able to help sick children get better and make a difference in their lives.
A combination of my family life and my faith have have given me the strong foundation to always remember what matters most in life. Which is, treating others as I would want to be treated. I often think of others before myself and like to give a helping hand to someone that needs it.
