Catching SkillsPersonal Statement
I am a 5'9" catcher that can also play first base from Middle Point , Ohio. I am starting at first base as a freshman and I am also backing up as catcher behind our senior. I have officially hit 6 Homeruns (plus one in a scrimmage) so far this season ,, and I am also batting over .500 as well
As of right now I have a pop time consistently of 1.75 seconds , but am constantly getting stronger and faster as I grow.
I am looking for a school where I can manage my school work as well as be on the field. I would like to major in Physical Education, Kinesiology, and Exercise Science as I would like to be a coach after college. I currently have a GPA of 3.6 and take my school work very serious.
I would love to make an immediate impact on the team after high school bringing excitement, being a good team leader, as well as always being a good sport. I believe my best fit would be at the Division 1 or Division 2 level , but am open to exploring other options. Thank you .
