My name is Livy and I have been a multisport athlete my whole life. I have been trying to decide which sport I want to play in college and have decided it is softball. Sometimes I worry I am late to the recruiting process, but hope that I find a college that can help me grow academically and athletically. I have been a varsity athlete in Softball, Swimming, Basketball, and Volleyball since my freshman year. I also value my grades and have received Honors with distinction every quarter in high school. When I am not playing sports or studying I can be found volunteering in the sports world. I find coaching to be very rewarding. I also teach younger athletes to pitch, catch and hit. In addition I have been involved in the Girl Scouts for 11 years. This experience has connected me with volunteer opportunities where we have given back to the community and environment. Since I really enjoy teaching and giving back I have decided to be an education major. I am excited to go on this journey and hope to meet some amazing people along the way
