Deja Dagons '16 Recruiting Profile

Hello. I my name is Deja. I have been playing basketball for nine years. In college I would like to earn my Master's Degree while playing basketball. My ultimate goal is to go professional. If all else fails, I plan on going into the Sports Medicine field. I chose this area to pursue my degree so some part of basketball will remain with me. I am a proficient candidate because I have beneficial leadership traits. I have given back to the community in many different ways. I have volunteered at my church's food bank a couple of times. Every third Sunday, I volunteer in the classroom of my church. Giving back is one of my few characteristics. When I was a Freshman, I set a certain grade point average for myself. Before I graduate I am determined to have a 3.0.
Vocalizing your IQ of the game is a big factor on the court for me. I am different form other candidates due to my perseverance. I always strive to be the best I can be whether it is in the classrooms or on the basketball court. I have had a lot of success so far in basketball. I hope I have more in the future.
