Personal Statement
Continuing my basketball career beyond high school has always been a goal of mine. I have learned many important lessons from both playing and watching basketball. Winning a CIF title my freshman year is by far my greatest achievement in high school, but it was my sophomore year where I felt I grew the most as an athlete. That experience really helped me focus on what aspects of my game I need to work on to become a better point guard.
I am looking for a school that will challenge me both on the court and in the classroom. I currently hold a 4.67 GPA and I am also a member of the Bishop Ambassadors program, a leadership club formed to promote student involvement within the school and local community. I am actively involved with the Incoming Freshmen Admission process by representing my school at feeder school visits, presentations, and Open Houses. I believe I have the work-ethic, the drive, and the capability to play for a school at the collegiate level.
