While I haven't decided on a specific major yet, I know that I would like to continue my education through college. I have loved basketball since I was 10 years old and it is my dream to play at the college level. I work hard on and off the court. I have an excellent work ethic and am committed. I want to be on the court every chance I get and you will find me reliable, dedicated and a team player. I like to play team basketball and consider myself a leader. I look to score, but I also am always scanning the court (what the defense is doing and how our offense is set up) to see who is open and where I can make a play happen. I study the game of basketball and take pride in learning the intricacies and being able to read the defense. My teammates look to me for encouragement and leadership and I am ready to offer both. My work ethic continues in my life off the court. I love to learn and take pride in my academics. I manage my time so that I can complete my assignments by due dates and earn good grades.
